Founded in 2021, Pack Shack was designed with the goal of creating wholesome, flavourful treats for your pets to enjoy, guilt free. Dual qualified, French trained chef Amelia Wallingford, created the business with the welfare of animal health in mind. Pack Shack is a place where your fur babies can find snacks and treats that are wholesome and designed especially for them. We strive to bring joy for both you and your baby, with peace of mind, knowing you are giving them treats that do not contain any hidden toxins or nasties.

Here at Pack Shack, all of our products are made by a Dual Qualified classically French trained Chef, Amelia. Having qualifications such as Certificate IV in both Cuisine and Patisserie, as well as the Advanced diploma in Hospitality, Amelia is well equipped and trained to bring products that are best suited to your babies. Being experienced in special dietary requirements, Amelia has the skills and ability to bring your babies wholesome, healthy snacks. No, our products do not contain any preservatives or added flavourings. We use only natural, human grade, quality ingredients. As a dual qualified chef, Amelia does not like to eat foods that contain preservatives and flavourings, and feels that animals should have to either.

We do not believe in adding preservatives and flavouring to any of our products.

Yes. Our products contain no added sodium. The only sodium you might find in our products are natural occurring within the ingredients. Being low in sodium makes our products perfect for babies who suffer from certain conditions such as epilepsy, as an example. We always recommend consulting with your veterinarian first to ensue our treats are right for your baby.

We always recommend consulting with your veterinarian before giving any of our products to your baby. However, if you are not sure where to start, we recommend our plain peanut butter cookies. They are simple in flavour, and only have a few select ingredients, making them perfect for fussy or sensitive babies.

Pack Shack ships through Australia Post, Australia wide. We offer express tracked shipping as well as regular tracked shipping.

All shipping costs are dependent on the items in your cart and prices are based on Australia Post shipping costs.

At this time, we do not have a shop front, we are strictly an online distributor. We do sell at select craft markets, and can find out where by checking out our social media pages, and our website.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide an acknowledgement of your order, which confirms receipt of your order. We will then check stock availability and you will receive an order confirmation email, with tracking details, once it has been shipped. Please contact us here if you have any further questions.

Due to Australia Post experiencing long term delays, we are encouraging all customers to choose express shipping to their order, to help ensure it arrives as swiftly and safely as possible. However, Australia Post recommends around 4-7 business days for regular parcel post within Victoria, and 7-10 business days for interstate parcels.
