Shipping 

We ship all our orders with Australia Post. 

At checkout, you will have the option of choosing between Australia Post Express Shipping, or Australia Post Standard Shipping. The overall cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of your goods, the destination of your order and is based on Australia Post shipping rates. The final shipping total also includes a small handling and packaging fee, to help us to ensure that your product arrives to you and your fur babies in beautiful condition. 

Whilst most orders will arrive within 4-7 business days, items may take longer due to Australia Post experiencing a high volume of parcels. If you live out of Victoria, Pack Shack recommends looking at our express shipping options, to ensure a swift delivery.   

Some items may come in two or more parcels. This is to help ensure that we can charge less postage to you, and still get your items to you as quickly as possible. Should this be the case for your order, we will contact you to let you know. 

Returns 

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds or returns if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.
